NYU Langone Health Success Story
NYU Langone Health was introducing four enterprise-wide change management campaigns impacting 42,000 employees throughout all NYU Langone health system facilities. 1) High Reliability Organization Roll Out Campaign, 2) Human Resources Focus Performance: new performance management system, 3) Employee Engagement Campaign, and 4) Best Place to Work Campaign.
Created and managed the branded communication campaigns needed to effectively socialize the four initiatives throughout the enterprise, ensuring employees were informed and could signal their engagement.
Strategies included weekly email newsletters, videos, podcasts, corporate feature articles, surveys, introduction of a new NYU Langone employee mobile app, PDF brochures, employee training videos, leadership PPT presentations, and weekly production of articles created to highlight enterprise changes and early successes.
Created branded SharePoint portal locations for each initiative, enabling 24/7 employee access to all resources and updates across the initiatives.
Tracked and reported weekly engagement rates for email communications and linked assets, SharePoint site and asset traffic, survey results, and through employee interviews and new mobile app usage.
