Identified Issue

Edifecs had not comprehensively updated their core messaging for more than a decade and needed to launch a new website, update their vertical industry micro sites, add an international site, renovate their customer life cycle collateral strategy and design, and socialize everything company-wide for staff buy-in and support. New messaging required full C-suite review and agreement within a very short time frame.

  • Led creation and relaunch of Edifecs’ global website, the most comprehensive product and service messaging upgrade since the company’s start in 1996, including the introduction of two vertical microsites – all within nine-month timeframe (managed Bay Area design vendor, graphic designers, front and back end website developers and writers).

  • Served as lead writer/editor and production manager to update corporate collateral, video, demand gen, customer case studies, trade show booth design, whitepapers, blogs, eBooks and product solution assets with new branding.   

  • Created first-ever Edifecs’ brand and platform messaging playbook (+ style guide and social media policy), socializing across teams globally (Europe, India, US) to ensure messaging continuity and design excellence.

  • Initiated internal SharePoint global asset request system for improved version control and faster production times, running more than 100 deliverables through new system within four months.
